Our origin

From local action to global restoration

Match a Patch emerged from the need to create a cleaner, more scalable bridge between community-based rewilding and larger ecosystem restoration. The model was designed to make ecological participation simple, visible and systemically powerful.

Match a Patch is our answer. Every pair ties one urban patch to the wild landscape it is connected to, so a single gift funds both sides of the same relationship, not one or the other.
